DAAD Helmut Schmidt Programme

This scholarship program offers future leaders master's courses in disciplines that are of special relevance for the social, political, and economic development

The DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Programme (known as Public Policy and Good Governance) supports future leaders from developing countries (see list of countries), who want to promote democracy and social justice in their home countries. The programme, which is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, offers the chance to acquire a Master’s degree in Master programmes.

NHR Scholarship 2026 in Germany For International Students.:

The NHR Graduate School is offering 9 PhD Scholarships to students from around the world who hold a Master’s Degree. Candidates with a background in computer science, mathematics, the natural, or engineering sciences, or in a related field are eligible to apply.​

Eligibility:

Nationality: Open to all Nationals.

A Master’s Degree: This should be in Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Doctoral Admission Readiness: All applicants must satisfy the specific doctoral admission requirements set by the supervising NHR Center you wish to join.

 KWI International Fellowship 2026.

 It is a Fully Funded Fellowship in Germany for International applicants from around the world. The Duration of the Fellowship is 6 Months, and it will run from 1st April 2026 to 30th September 2026 at the IKulturwissenschaftliches Institut (KWI).

 Criteria:

Researchers who have completed their PhD and have up to six years of post-doctoral experience.

International focus: Open to researchers from around the world.

German nationals: Only eligible if currently employed at an international institute.

Project requirement: Proposals must address KWI’s research agenda.

Degree Programmes
